At Q FIT, we provide 1-2-1 Personal Training in our own private Gym in Rush. When you are a client with Q FIT, our Gym is your Gym from the time your start your personal training and we will be with you every step of the way to help you through a different variety of fun exercises that will help you get in shape and lead a healthy life. Now you can enjoy exercising in private. All our programs are carefully chosen for you to suit your level of fitness. Our business is NOT a quick fix business and we will take you through every step to help you achieve your target.

1-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING - 30 MIN CLASS

Our Personal Training sessions are tailor-made to suit your level of fitness. You have the privacy of our Gym during your class, so you can relax and enjoy the benefits of our tuition. Personal Training includes Assessment and your Personalised Exercise Programme.

FEMALE GROUP TRAINING - 45 MIN CLASSES

The main purpose of these classes is not necessarily fat loss but to gain knowledge on how to perform exercise to help you change your body composition. We focus on gaining muscle mass (toning) whilst loosing fat (not weight as such). We do this through weight and resistance training, plyometric and HIIT sessions. We give basic nutrition advice to help you with your training. These classes are to help build a community of strong and healthy women even those mothers who feel they have lost a bit of their Identity, these classes provide you with 45 Mins of your own time were you will make friendships & gain confidence.

MALE GROUP TRAINING - 45 MIN CLASSES

The main purpose of the classes are to help men gain more mobility, strength and cardio vascular fitness through a 45 min circuit of weights, body weight, core and plyometric training. This type of combined training is very beneficial for all sports Athletes to help build strength and flexibility for their individual sport. It also Benefits anyone who wants to get fit and healthy and have fun whilst doing so as there is a community of friendships and camaraderie building with the men who are in the classes.

SATURDAY CLASS FOR WOMEN - 45 MIN 

You need to have a good foundation and basic exercise knowledge for our drop in class as the class is advanced and includes, tyre flips, box jumps, weights, prowler runs, ropes (all the fun stuff) and is all go from start to finish!
